Think I saw the Riggs one a while ago but I must not have retained the information. I played a bit of Earthworm Jim and Clay Fighter, both ran great.Įdit: I will say I wouldn't be surprised if at some point someone hacks into it and does custom stuff. In short u can play it handheld or hook it up via HDMI. Each game card comes out costing $20-$30 each and is very detailed.īoth of them has also done videos on newer releases. The bundle in this video is the one I got. I recommend checking out these two videos and seeing what you think. Framerate/Performance is solid and they do firmware updates (that is super easy to do) to fix any bugs if there is any. I want a smooth performance across the board, but I am not expecting 100 gazillion frames per second for Vagrant Story, Soul Blazer, or Jade Cacoon though. You can't load roms and as for input lag playing the games on the system is dam near as close if not as close as playing them native on the console itself. I saw a lot of vids of the Retoid Pocket running games at smooth and high framerates. What about Bluetooth controllers I have 8bitdos I would like to use wirelessly via Bluetooth. How would you rate the frames on this Evercade?

This is what I am most interested in doing playing on my television or on-the-go. I heard a lot of good things about the Retroid Pocket and the ability to output the device via HDMI to a television and play in that manner. What a coincidence, I was just looking into buying a few Retroid Pocket 2s for my family.
